Have tried the "Bypass User Account Control (UAC) Prompts" but it does not work. When I click my new shortcut a window which looks like a cmd window appears very briefly then disappears and the program I need is not loaded.

I have tried the tip several times without success. I've followed the instructions carefully to make sure it's correct.

I have Vista Home Premium x64. Please help. I'm tired of the UAC prompt

Thanks,
